Tres Reyes Ranch History
Though grounded in tradition, the Reyes and Medrano families were not born into ranching.
Their journey began with the purchase of a Brahman heifer for a family FFA project—an
investment that introduced them to the breed and sparked a lasting passion for cattle breeding.
Early success in the show ring, including Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion
honors, strengthened their commitment to building a registered breeding program focused on
American Brahman, Indu-Brazil Cross, and Red Brangus cattle.
Today, Tres Reyes Ranch is driven by a purpose greater than production alone: to expand the
availability of quality polled genetics, strengthen the cattle industry, and encourage the next
generation to invest their time, talent, and resources in ranching and agriculture. As the ranch
looks ahead, it remains committed to building cattle of lasting value and preserving a legacy that
future generations can continue with pride.
